Use a short mascara around your eyes.(you can find these eyes on page 9)
lightly use a black eyeliner on top
last step! to get the bruise bags use a purple eyeshadow lightly underneath (not on top)You can also make Alices Choker but I haven't yet got round to doing that, but when i have i'll post it :D
